We take care in ensuring that every item sent out to you is in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that you need to return the item please contact us on

al-haseen@hotmail.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt detailing the reason for the return (Where photographic evidence is required please send this within 24 hours of receipt of your item/s.).

 

Goods will need to be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 3 working days. Postage and return postage will not be refunded. Items received in an unsuitable condition, not fit for resale will not be refunded.

 

In the event you require a replacement, you need to send us back the original item first. Once we receive it we will send out the replacement item to you.

 

Please ensure that you also read the delivery and returns policy before placing an order. Once an order has been placed it will be assumed that you have fully read and understood all these policies. The free postage over £50 will apply on purchases made on this amount or more in the UK mainland only. If for any reason an item is returned and the value of the remaining order falls short of this amount, you will be refunded for the returned item/s minus the postage charge.

 

Where approved, you will receive the refund of the amount of the goods purchased (excluding postage costs) via the original method of payment.

 

Please note earrings (be they part of a set or single purchases) will not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
